Fourteen-year-old Nathaniel Clark has been told by his family and friends that he’s a genius.
He graduated college at the age of thirteen and is already doing graduate school. He is also running his own business. He could read at three and his memory is a match for most computers. He has Asperger’s syndrome.
Nathaniel still scoffs at being called a genius.
|
Why? Because, according to the books he has read on the subject, geniuses make some great contribution to the world. Leaving his best friends, Jessa and Cooper, somewhat behind, Nathaniel sets about trying to invent something of great worth to the human race.
Frustrated, he nearly gives up. And then he may just succeed by accident.
