| The Iowa Children's Choice Award enables students in grades 3-6 to vote for their favorite fiction or nonfiction books. This Iowa Association of School Librarians award encourages children to read more and better books, and provides an avenue for positive dialogue between teachers, parents, and children about books and authors. |
