about the book

Forget Waldo; can you find Momo?

As a follow-up to their first book, Find Momo, a border collie and his best buddy, Andrew, travel across the United States and Canada. They visit both iconic landmarks and off-the-map marvels.

Can you find Momo hiding in Grand Central Station, in front of the White House, and in the French Quarter of New Orleans? In diners, bookstores, and museums?

It’s part game, part photography book—and a whole lot of fun—in this live action “Where’s Waldo”!

teachingbooks-bookabout the author

Andrew Knapp is a graphic designer from northern Ontario, Canada. He’s had his border collie, Momo, since he was a puppy.

Since then, the duo has gained nearly 400,000 followers on Instagram for the pictures Andrew takes of Momo, many of them in which Momo is playing hide-and-seek.

The idea came from Momo. As Andrew got ready to throw a stick, Momo would run and hide, waiting. Sometimes Andrew couldn’t even see the dog, so Momo would pop up, barely visible, still anticipating the stick.

Momo is a very patient dog that needs no coercing during photo shoots. All he needs is a “G’boy” and head pats, and he’s one happy dog. “I don’t want [Momo] to be a beggar.” Of course, Andrew does give Momo treats and belly rubs for no reason, too.

Andrew sold his house so that he and Momo could live out of his yellow Volkswagen van. Eventually, Andrew wants to build a small house.
