about the book
“A lot of cats dream of having their own space station…a human or two…and a litter box to call their own. But not all cats can live that life. Someone has to organize the troops. Someone has to assign space stations…”
Sergeant Fluffy Vandermere is that cat. He’s in charge of P.U.R.S.T. (Pets of the Universe Ready for Space Travel). It’s his job to protect the world from alien (a.k.a. bug) domination. The whole world is his space station, all the people in the world are his humans, and every space pet out there is his responsibility.
It’s a big job.
When P.U.R.S.T. headquarters are infiltrated by insects armed with spray bottles—every cat’s worst nightmare—it’s up to Fluffy to ward off the attack! Let’s hope his desk job hasn’t made him too rusty out in the field…
